Upper I Baking

Last week, the Upper I students had a wonderful time in the Fab lab baking choc chip cookies.

They worked in pairs to ensure they read and followed the recipe carefully. A highlight was learning how to separate the egg white and egg yolk. The students will be creating their own ‘how-to’ videos, to share what they learnt with others.
