We were treated to a full and varied programme of performances at the Abbey Interludes Recital on 10 May.  There was something for everyone from a solo guitarist to a rendition of The Ugly Duckling by the Double Reed Ensemble with special guest, Mr. Gooch, providing duck sounds at appropriate moments!  Diverse musical styles were also showcased by two singers and on the flute and bassoon and we were also grateful that Anya shared her own composition, “Ripple” on the piano. It was standing room only and the performers were very grateful to be able to play and sing to such a supportive and appreciative audience.  

We are already looking forward to more pupils sharing their talents at the next recital on 17 May!
