Tunnocks Tea Cake Challenge

on

Upper IV have been challenging themselves to create a wonderful food plating masterpiece for entry into The Tunnocks Tea Cake Challenge – a national competition.

The theme this year is the four elements.  The students are asked to use inspiration and research ideas to improve their plating and food presentation skills.  Each student is given a Tunnocks Tea Cake and they dress it using ideas and resources to make their work look stunning and appealing.  Those chosen will be put forward for national judging.

Here is a selection of entries from The Abbey this year.
