Upper VI IB students have been working hard on their Theory of Knowledge essays in the past few days.
They had the chance to choose from a title and develop a response using evidence from different disciplines to explore their answer. Some responses compared the history of the French revolution to paradigm shifts in Sciences, while others considered controversy in the Arts against the role of experts in Politics and Economics. The students have worked incredibly hard to produce some thoughtful and mature responses.
Theory of Knowledge is one of the key features of the IB Diploma which requires students to develop critical thinking skills and a wider perspective on the subjects they study, making our IB students very appealing to top universities.
