Fresh air helps our brains to learn! This week Lower Prep have taken their maths learning outdoors when learning about doubles to 20.

Numicon tiles were hidden around Abbey Gardens for them to find and then double, before writing their double as a number sentence. We extended our learning by thinking about how our doubles facts can help us solve ‘near doubles’ problems too.
