Lower IV Natural History Museum Trip

on

Our Philosophy and Theology visit to the Natural History Museum in Oxford was enlightening.

This trip complemented our learning in class about empirical evidence as a way of knowing what is true. I learned so much about the natural world and the different species that live in it. The museum houses a large collection of fossils, minerals, and specimens of animals and plants from all over the world.

One of the highlights of my visit was the dinosaur exhibit, where I saw life-size models of some of the most famous dinosaur species, including the Tyrannosaurus Rex and the Stegosaurus. It was fascinating to learn about their behaviour, habits, and the environment they lived in millions of years ago by looking at the evidence.

I was particularly interested in the exhibits on fossils and geology, which provided a mesmerising look into the history of life on Earth. It was amazing to see the actual specimens that scientists have used to piece together the evolutionary history of different species.

I had an amazing experience! Thank you to the Philosophy and Theology department for organising this trip!
