German Gingerbread House Competition

on

As an end of term treat, the German Department hosted a competition, which tested creativity, teamwork and artistic flair!  Celebrating the gingerbread house, an age-old tradition in Germany, students were invited to LR6 over lunchtime to see who could build the best one.

In true “Bake-Off” style, the judges Frau Holliday and Frau Byrne were looking for imaginative and colourful designs, as well as structural integrity and the results did not disappoint!  Well done to all those involved for their excellent participation and special congratulations to the winners!  Frohe Weihnachten!
