Chamber Choir – Barnardo’s National Choral Competition

on

In November the Chamber Choir sent a recording of two songs to the first round of the Barnardo’s National Choral Competition.  They were delighted to hear on Wednesday that they were one of 14 choirs from across the country to reach the finals which will take place at Symphony Hall in Birmingham in February next year.  This is a tremendous achievement for the choir that only started rehearsing together at the end of September. In feedback from the first round it was noted that they are a choir with ‘much potential’ and gave  a ‘joyful performance with enjoyment and enthusiasm’.  Well done, Chamber Choir!
