Care Home Visit

on

Over the half term, Grace Upper IV visited St Lukes Care Home in Caversham to perform the piano again. During her visit Grace also handed out bouquets of home grown lavender to the residents and carers, putting a smile on their faces.

After her piano performances Grace joined Allan and Margie outside in the sunshine and they all danced together in the main garden. Afterwards, Grace accompanied the residents with some jazz while they had Afternoon Tea and did some spontaneous karaoke!

Next time the residents are looking forward to hearing some of their favourite tunes as requested – Sweet Caroline and It’s a Long Way to Tipperary. And a duet might be on its way….

Everybody had such a great time during this visit and Grace can’t wait to go back soon.
