Aanya in Upper II has been selected for Berkshire CCC’s U11 County Squad for 2022. She has been part of the U11 Development Hub Programme for the last few months, where she managed to impress Berkshire coaches and got selected to represent the Berkshire County U11 Girls team.

It’s been a pretty amazing cricketing journey for her so far. It’s a bit hard to believe that although she picked up a cricket bat for the first time last August and still managed to do so well in such a short time. I credit this to the hard effort she is putting into practising and learning cricket almost everyday. After hearing the selection news, she is thrilled and practising harder to perform well in the county matches.
