Upper II students are Mental Health Champions

on

This week Upper II students participated in an engaging and empowering workshop that taught them advanced insights into caring for their own mental health. They learnt the 5 key skills and 5 qualities of a great Mental Health Champion and were given opportunities to practise through role play strategies and tips for providing support to their peers.

The next step is for them to develop an action plan of how they can promote positive mental health around the school. Congratulations to all of Upper II for graduating as Mental Health Champions. We are very proud of them.
