Our U18 netball team had an overnight stay in Loughborough this weekend ahead of the Final 4 sisters in Sport competition at Loughborough yesterday.

The students’ spirits were high as they dug deep to secure an incredibly thrilling 17-16 victory v Wakefield! This meant that they progressed into the 1st v 2nd place playoff. The Abbey “super 7” displayed moments of brilliance and fought until the final whistle, but it was Queen Elizabeth’s Hospital School who secured the win. Our team were delighted to receive silver medals – 2nd place in a national competition is no mean feat!
