Synchronised Skating

on

Sabrina tells us about her recent synchronised skating accomplishment.

“On Friday 21 April, I travelled to Ghent, Belgium, with my figure skating club to compete in the Ice Crystal Trophy, which is also the Belgian Championship. We travelled by bus and ferry and it was a long day with lots of fun and anticipation for our first international competition. On Saturday, the Junior B team won our category by a large margin, beating teams from Italy, Belgium, The Netherlands, and France. We scored another PB, exceeding all expectations, and had a fantastic time. In the Senior B category, in which I am the youngest skater, we improved our previous PB by eight points and won bronze medals. We are now in the off-season, training and learning new skills and choreographing new routines, and I am super excited for what the new season may hold!”
