Skills for Life

on

Sixth form and Upper V participated in a skills for life session based on diversity and inclusion this week made up of a round table, student-led discussion group in the Richards Hall.  The feedback from this, made up of five students from each year group, identified the value of this style of communication and the opportunity to consider important topics from within the nine Protected Characteristics.

Awareness of Race, Diversity Day and Pride Day were all favourably discussed as well as the need to continue these types of conversations within the wider school community too – we look forward to more of these student-led sessions soon and thank everyone involved.

Anti – Bullying week begins on Monday with the invite to everyone in Junior & Senior School to wear odd socks to school on Monday!
