Roald Dahl Museum

on

This week Upper Prep were immersed in the creative world of Roald Dahl. During our visit to The Roald Dahl Museum in Great Missenden we found out that Roald Dahl was also a photographer and framer!

We learnt all about the creative process between the writer and the illustrator to create various characters from his books.  We worked closely together as a class just as Roald Dahl and Quentin Blake did by creating our own class picture book with everyone taking different roles to collaborate creatively.  It was a ‘swashboggling’ trip full of discovery.
