In our lunchtime Iceberg club, students have enjoyed ‘delving deeper’ in a chosen topic each week and generating their own questions. Their first choice was ‘All about Tea’ which stimulated plenty of interest.

Who invented tea and how many types are there? Can tea be a medicine? Is tea good for hydration? How did tea reach the UK?

After conducting their research, the students had the opportunity to collect and share their findings. This gave us a perfect excuse to do a little fruit tea tasting along the way!

By exploring a topic, students are learning to develop their inquisitive nature and research skills using technology. This week’s topic is ‘Paper’, which we are sure will be anything but paper-thin!
