Junior School Council Gardening Project

on

Lower I and Upper I (Years 3-4) representatives from our Junior School Council got their hands dirty this week helping Mr Smith plant the rockery at the entrance to the Kensington building. Mr Smith explained the importance of a good root system, healthy soil and lots of worms.

There were mixed feelings amongst the students about the worms we found but our resident robin was very happy to see them! Our School Council are buzzing with ideas about making our school an even better place for all of our community to enjoy.
