House Football competitions

The Junior school were excited for House Sport to run this week. The Lower I’s participated in Netball whilst the remaining years took part in Football.

Lower I students have been learning how to shoot, pass and defend the ball in curriculum lessons and they had the opportunity to put their skills to the test and compete for their house.

Ducat were furiously competitive and won the competition overall with Carrington coming in a close second. Paget came in third with Kensington in fourth place. There were excellent interceptions by Elise, Dora and Amirah with great communication from Summer and Joyce. Deshna said ‘It was really fun. Ducat were in the lead and we worked as a team’.

The Football tournaments were played in high spirits and were full of competitiveness and team spirit. It was fantastic to have all the girls competing for their houses and cheering each other on.
