During a truly wonderful celebration afternoon at The Abbey Junior School last Friday, Lower I to Lower III exhibited their work in the Art Room
The Yayoi Kusama inspired Dot Project was on show for all to see on the Kensington stage – and this was created across the whole Junior School as part of our visual contribution to Sky Arts Week. The final installation was put together collaboratively by a number of Lower III students
There was also a wider viewing of The Keith Haring House Colour Murals – created by Lower III students over the last 12 months, first exhibited at the Lower I – Lower III Sports Day. It is hoped these will be used for many more House events in the future.
Finally, there was a gallery produced by Upper I students where they had created ‘Queens in the style of Andy Warhol’.
