Artistic Swimming


Last weekend, Cara in Lower VI competed at the Swim England Artistic Swimming National Championships in Nottingham, where she took part in five events, including the technical solo, technical duet, technical team, free team and acrobatic team, representing her club, Reading Royals.

The team placed 1st in the acrobatic team and 2nd in the free team, winning gold and silver medals. Additionally, her duet won 2 more medals, taking silver in the junior category and bronze in the senior category. As a club, they placed 3rd in the standings for the overall trophy and she placed 5th in the standings for the Holland trophy (highest overall score for an individual, where all of the routine scores are combined).
