Laura in Upper IV competed in her first international aerobic gymnastic competition representing GB in Prague and was delighted to bring home a bronze medal. Following on from this, she competed last week at the Southern Region and achieved a personal best and gained two bronze medals being placed 3/35 in her age group and achieved silver in a separate category.

Laura’s dedication and training five nights a week has paid off and she’s a great testament to resilience and determination.

We wish her well for the forthcoming international competition and British Championships in the next few months.
