Abbey Interludes

on

I think that the interludes recital went very well this year as so many people from a range of year groups attended and performed.

The performances themselves were very lovely and not an easy task to do, to perform in front of 10-15 people. I especially love that they all used a range of instruments such as the flute, clarinet, piano and people even sang!

When I first heard that we could perform in the recital I wondered whether I should do it or not but now I am very pleased that I did as it was a lovely experience and it felt very nice to hear all of the people performing their chosen pieces. It felt particularly special when it was my turn to sit down at the piano and perform and I am definitely looking forward to the next few performances for the following weeks.
