Carys, Lower VI, is one of the most exciting Sporting talents here at The Abbey. During the summer, she achieved another incredible accolade…and we will let her tell you all about it, in her own words. 

“Over the summer I competed in the British Triathlon Super Series for the first time having taken up the sport earlier this year.  I’ve really enjoyed the opportunity to compete in this across the summer, and this weekend was the grand final in Mallory Park in Leicestershire.  I went in with no expectation whatsoever because the best position I had come so far in the series was 11th, however I managed to come away with a silver medal today out of all the British girls.  I am so pleased with this and look forward to starting up again in the spring.”
