Today we took part in the annual Upper V House Bake Off.  Despite the busy room, we thoroughly enjoyed it with all of the cakes turning out really well.  Our favourite part was decorating the cake.

We made a flower pattern in red mixture to represent Ducat’s colours.  It was a fun way to get together and take time out of our revision schedule, though as Food students we took time to consider the food science revision as we went along. Well done to Paget team 2 who won with their lemony sponge cake.
