Upper IV Outdoor Climbing Day

on

What a great day we had on our recent climbing day with Parthian in Wales – a mini spring adventure!

The weather was kind, despite recent downpours, and the views of Wintours Leap were impressive as we arrived and walked 20 minutes to the climbing area. The climbing crew from Parthian all had a great sense of humour and made the day really enjoyable with lots of laughs and smiles. T

he climbing was in part easy and in part very challenging which allowed us to stretch ourselves and feel a great sense of achievement by the end of the day. Lunch in the fresh air and sunshine with incredible views was a bonus and we certainly earned lunch having climbed our way up to the picnic spot.

I would highly recommend doing this day whether you climb regularly or have never climbed before and it was a great way to make new friends. Thank you to Mr Godfrey and Mrs Pritchard for a really great day.
