Upper IV International Food

on

The Upper IV Food classes have been busy this week, researching international food.  Each student chose a country and completed an investigation into its cuisine.

They found 10 possible dishes to make and then decided on one.  It had to be savoury, nutritious and completed in 1 hour.  They prepared by creating a time plan so that they would be able to finish their work within the lesson, as well as presenting their dish.  The students made some really wonderful meals from across the world, including Spain, Russia, China, Sweden, France, Japan and both North and South America.

Well done Upper IV Foodies!
