The U18 hockey team went into their final game of the U18 South Central Hockey Tournament last Thursday against St Marys, Ascot needing a victory, following the previous games that day.

It was a really competitive match between the two schools who were the top two in the Berkshire Schools event in September.  

On this occasion, The Abbey took the lead and were playing well to keep St Marys out and pressure their goal.  However, St Marys scored an equaliser against the run of play and then scored again as The Abbey team pushed forward in an attempt to secure the needed victory.
