Teen tips

on

Teen tips is a useful mental health resource for teenagers to access tips across all areas of teenage life from a diverse range of people, from adults to kids their age, who have experienced the same things as them.

It offers an incredible amount of helpful information on how to deal with things like encountering alcohol or drugs, sexuality, social anxiety, peer pressure, exam stress and overall how to navigate a difficult and confusing world of things they might need to overcome at some point or are maybe already dealing with.

I have been on the website and watched multiple of the videos and interviews. I personally found it very helpful receiving the information and advice on a large number of topics, from not only qualified counsellors, but kids my age who gave their own experiences which I could relate to. The q&a section of the website is also extremely useful and worth reading through as it answers questions we all have in common but don’t often communicate. Overall I think that the website is an extremely useful tool for people of all ages to find a community of understanding and advice from people who really care.
