Who is the event for?

It is for ALL parents and carers with girls at The Abbey School – from Nursery to 6th form.
Initially, tickets have been allocated equally between the Junior and Senior Schools – we want this to be a whole school event.

Can I come on my own?

Yes! Everyone is welcome – come alone, with a friend or partner or with a group of school friends.

If I’m coming with friends, can I reserve a table?

No, there’s no need to book tables but you can book several tickets at once.

Where is the event being held?

It is at the Senior School due to the larger space available and due to the time of year it will be inside.

What’s included in the ticket?

Each ticket is for one person and includes a choice of welcome cocktail or mocktail, a selection of gourmet grill food, accompaniments and dessert and the evening entertainment (disco with DJ).

Will there be a bar?

Yes. There will be a bar serving Prosecco, wine, beer and a selection of soft drinks. Payment will be by card only, no cash please. Water will also be available.

Is parking available?

Parking will be available at the front of the school and in front of the school-owned buildings further up Kendrick Road. There is also parking on Kendrick Road and surrounding roads; please check parking restrictions.

What if I have food allergies?

Please note any food allergies on the booking form and these will be passed on to the catering team.

Is there a dress code?

There is no specific dress code – come dressed up or dressed down but dressed for a fun evening!
