Tabitha competed in the British synchronised skating championships in Nottingham this weekend. Her team (Enchanted – Slough Synchro Skating Club) got a very well deserved first place in their division against some stiff competition so she is a British Champion for 2023. However, the result I was more proud of her for was in the inclusive team category. She volunteers with the Spice Team every Sunday providing 1-2-1 support on and off the ice to a young man with some pretty extensive additional needs and their team Spice Crystals got a gold medal in the inclusive division.
