On Monday, Upper III made mini quiches! It was a great experience to learn new techniques. I learnt how to make a shortcrust pastry, and how to cut vegetables efficiently. I had an amazing time cooking with everyone, and the quiches smelt amazing! There weren’t many ingredients required to make this delicious recipe, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process!
