Today Upper II experienced a Debating Workshop from ‘The Noisy Classroom’ company to help develop their communication skills. We have been learning and exploring balanced arguments and debates and so the workshop links with our English topic. The students learned how to throw their voice, argue a point and even have a go at argument tennis with a partner! It was so much fun; Kaashwi in Upper IIB said “I learnt how to debate and how the structure of a debate works”.  Beatrice in Upper IIM said “I liked how we explored debates through games and put our skills into practice through having a go!”. Mayowa in Upper IIL “When I started I knew nothing about debating and now I have new skills, I used the learner profile and was a thinker during a game as I had to debate an opinion that was opposite to my own!”
