Lower III are migrating to the Fab Lab this term to investigate robots and how they sense the world around them.

We have coded our own fortune tellers, which when we shake them will tell us whether something will be true or not and for the next step have got our hands on the amazing Maqueen robot. This is a chariot for the MicroBit that can move around, dance, follow lines we draw and project messages on its LED display.

Projects such as these are a great opportunity for students to move through the design process while learning how computers interact with the physical world.
