Upper IV Stand Up Paddleboarding Trip

on

On Saturday a team of intrepid Upper IV students enjoyed an adventure on the River Thames. This was more than just a taster session as the students quickly had to master the skills of stand up paddleboarding before journeying from Reading down to Henley. This is a lovely stretch of river and the weather was great so the occasional falling in didn’t matter! We enjoyed seeing quite a familiar world from a different perspective, and enjoyed seeing some of the amazing houses and gardens which come down to the river. Everyone was pretty tired at the end but really enjoyed the experience!
