This week, Upper IV French students celebrated Mardi Gras with a fun crepe making event. We had a go making them using butter and the batter mixture, bringing our own favourite toppings! We really enjoyed making them with sweet toppings like fruit, chocolate and whipped cream. It was a simple yet very fun way to enjoy the Mardi Gras event, and we learnt French words for the ingredients. The best part was that we had so much fun making them, but flipping the crepes was definitely a skill we had to work on!
