Upper IV Foodies

The Upper IV Foodies have been busy this week, with a full, balanced vegetarian meal on the menu! The students made delicious fresh pasta from scratch with a juicy tomato and pepper sauce to make it even more delicious! When they considered the nutrition in the dish, they found it contained all of the macronutrients and most of the micronutrients to make a very healthy meal. Libby decided to present her food in a bowl and took a photo, ensuring that it looked its best in the bright sunshine.

The group were very enthusiastic about making their pasta by hand, rolling it out and cutting it into the shapes that they chose, some finer, some with more bite. We enjoyed seeing the final products, each so different. Well done Upper IV on a job well done!
