It was really fun to make pizza. “I loved kneading the dough and making it slimy and then finding out how to fix this issue!” It was great to make the base on the table as a class. We chatted and had a super time talking about Italian food. Some of us made the sauce at home from scratch – we all agreed that amount of effort is certainly worth a rosa.

We enjoyed tasting the finished pizza, which was fluffy and it smelled wonderful. We loved seeing it rise in the oven and the melting cheese. The results were so interesting with different shapes, such as a star, a shell, a cat, a bear and a mega perfectly round pizza! “I will 100% make this again at home – it’s so delicious!” We are very much looking forward to next week’s Christmas cooking.
