Upper III make healthy Fruity Yoghurt Muffins

on

On Monday during our Food & Nutrition lesson – with the guidance of Mrs Mair and Mr Roper –  we made fruity yoghurt muffins which were an amazing combination of flavourful fruit and indulgent cake! They were soft and fluffy on the inside, and were irresistible paired with creamy natural yogurt and fresh blueberries, bursting with flavour! There was a perfect blend of natural sweetness and had a boost of nutrients with every bite. These fruity yogurt muffins were not only delicious, but were a much healthier snack – they were low in sugar, saturated fat and all natural.

When they were in the oven, we all waited, watching curiously as our muffins were raised and dotted with colour. The moment we pulled these out of the oven, we were met with a mouthwatering aroma, and golden brown cupcakes, each piece was studded with fruity colours, whether that was blue, purple or red!

‘I had so much fun making these muffins, and am definitely going to make them again!’ – Candy

‘Delicious, absolutely delicious! The flavour of the fruit went perfectly with the natural yogurt.’ – Dhiya
