Upper III Geography to Amersham

on

On Tuesday 7 March we all ventured to the woods on the Geography trip and learned all about the differences between coniferous and deciduous ecosystems. We also met our “teacher” James who, in the morning, taught us how to use lots of different field work equipment and different sampling techniques.

In the afternoon we devised our own fieldwork investigation. After collecting our own data we evaluated our work and discussed its limitations. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely love to go there again.
