We really enjoyed today’s lesson learning about raising agents. We made grissini to learn about yeast and how it ferments to raise the bread. The grissini was great, it tasted so good was very fluffy inside. We are so looking forward to and very excited about next lesson when we are making pizza to our own design! I have never made pizza before and can hardly wait to see how it turns out…
