Our Upper II students have been making the most of their Monday lunchtimes by taking part in a special Art Scholarship workshop, designed to help them prepare for the Art Scholarship programme.
Led by Mrs Byrne and Ellie, one of our Upper VI Captains, the sessions provide pupils with the opportunity to develop their artistic skills and explore different techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment.
This week, the pupils have been focusing on drawing, developing their understanding of form and tone. Through a range of practical activities, they have been learning how to create tone and a greater sense of depth and dimension in their work.
It has been wonderful to see the pupils engaging so enthusiastically with the sessions and building both their confidence and creativity as they prepare for the next stage of the Art Scholarship programme. We look forward to seeing how their skills continue to develop over the coming weeks.
