A spirited group of Upper II and Lower III pupils brought festive joy to the community last Friday night as they took part in CAVMAS, Caversham’s annual Christmas market and late‑night shopping event. Despite the wet and windy weather, the children showed real determination and enthusiasm as they performed a selection of Christmas carols for shoppers.

The pupils sang two lively 15‑minute sessions, filling the streets with warmth and cheer even as the winter weather tried its best to dampen the occasion. Their voices carried beautifully across the market, drawing smiles from passers‑by and adding to the magical atmosphere of the evening.
Between performances, the children had the opportunity to visit the reindeer, a highlight that added an extra touch of Christmas excitement to the outing.
The school is incredibly proud of the pupils for representing us so brilliantly. Their resilience, teamwork, and festive spirit helped make CAVMAS a memorable event for everyone who attended.
