Students from Lower VI and Upper V met with departments to discuss the next steps in preparing outstanding applications for universities and opportunities beyond school on Wednesday 12 November.
Teachers and Upper VI students gave advice on the amazing range of activities and clubs to support students at the Abbey, talked about their experiences and discussed the resources available.

The Richards Hall was buzzing with activity across the lunchtime and it was wonderful to see years mixing. The students took away handouts giving advice on preparation and timelines on how their research should develop before application.
In the morning, Lower VI had been given a talk on the importance of the super-curricular for their future lives. Advice, including specific tasks from departments, was shared, along with resources from the University of Cambridge for students aspiring to demanding courses.
