The Lower I’s and Upper I’s had their first match day experience last Friday, heading to Reading University to play in a hockey match against St Joseph’s.

The Abbey students demonstrated great tenacity and team spirit in each match, which ended in very close results. All matches were played in good spirit with fantastic sportsmanship highlighted by both schools. Well done to everyone who took part!
Results: U9’s won 2-0 and lost 1-,0 and U8’s drew both games 1-1.
