Congratulations to the U12 Football team who were unbeaten in the 5 a side area Schools Cup on 22 November. They played really well, working hard for each other. 

Drawing 0-0 in the final, they ended up in a penalty shoot out, narrowly losing in sudden death. Well done, all.

“We played many good teams but managed to win every match, and finish top in our group. We progressed to the final where we played Holme Grange who we had beaten before. 

We played really well, defended amazingly and also had many shots at goal. We also used our players effectively and the intensity was great. 

The score ended up being 0-0 which meant penalties were required to find the winner. It went to sudden death, and although we lost, we still played really well and had a fun time participating”.
