Lower I had an amazing trip to Pizza Express, where they learned how to make pizza with Marco! From kneading the dough to shaping the crust and adding the passata—and in some cases, an abundance of cheese—every step was hands-on and fun.

They waited patiently while their classic Margherita bubbled away in the ovens before saying a huge thank you to the team.

On the journey back to school, there was lots of chatter and excitement on the minibuses in anticipation of eating their pizzas upon return.

All in all, a wonderful trip filled with learning, laughter, and great food!
