10km Charity Swim
Last Sunday, Rosa completed her 10km charity swim a full week ahead of schedule, and as of yesterday morning she has already raised nearly £1,200 for Sands.
Her family and friends are extremely proud of her achievement.
Berkshire Women’s Tennis
Congratulations to our talented Tennis player Gabby in Upper VI, who played in the Winter County Cup with the Berkshire Women’s team over the weekend. With thrilling victories against Gloucestershire, Hampshire, IOW and Derbyshire, this declared Gabby and co. the overall champions!
A special mention and well done must go to alumni star Sophie Drakeford-Lewis too; it’s lovely to see a former and current Abbey student sharing this successful experience together!
Aldershot & Camberley District Badminton League
Sisters Sharon, Upper IV and Hazel, Lower VI played in the Aldershot & Camberley District Badminton League competition over the weekend and finished in 1st place!
Congratulations to our U18 Women’s Doubles B Champions – they share a connection both on and off the court and are a force to be reckoned with!
We look forward to seeing our unstoppable duo in action at the next school Badminton match.
