The Escape Room visits Caversham!

on

Last Saturday, The Abbey’s Enchanted Forest Escape Room was in Caversham!

It was fantastic to welcome over 120 children and their families to our event in Caversham Baptist Church.

As well as exploring our Escape Room, children could take part in crafting tables and have their face painted.

There was such a fantastic atmosphere. You could see faces light up with excitement as they entered the ‘forest’ and it was a pleasure to observe so many parents chatting over a cup of coffee, relaxing while their child had an adventure.

Abbey staff were on hand to help our adventurers with the challenges in each room, supporting them to gather the clues to defeat the evil toad, unlock the treasure box, release the magic and escape!

In true Abbey style it was a brilliant example of learning through joy – maths, english, science and geography skills all put to the test in colourful, interactive and fun challenges.

It was wonderful to be out in our local community, sharing Abbey joy!
