On Tuesday evening, Lower III gave their final musical performance at the Junior School in their Thank You for the Music Recital. It was a much anticipated event, having been postponed due to the hot weather and, despite another hot evening, Lower III kept their cool to give some captivating and memorable performances.

The programme was devised entirely by the students, working together to organise music and rehearsals of pieces that meant something to them. The audience were treated to vocal performances as well as instrumental solos and ensembles and every performance was a delight. The whole event was ably compered by the students too.

The evening culminated in the whole of Lower III, along with the audience, joining together to sing Thank You for the Music. The perfect finale to the many musical performances they have delighted us with over the years.
