In Upper III, we made a lovely pair of pyjamas!
We learnt so many new things in textiles this year! It was a very fun experience. We made our own tie dye designs and pyjama shorts from scratch and learned the decorative technique of appliqué, it was amazing seeing the finished results.
During our time in textiles, we learnt that everything is difficult at first and that making a good pair of shorts from scratch requires patience. We also did some work using patterns and this gave us an insight on how we can assemble the fabric to make the shorts. We look forward to wearing them this summer.
